Nomination Process

This process was built to ensure efficiency, as we value your time and partnership immensely!

    1. Contact your EN liaison for a 10-15 minute pre-consultation to save time.
    2. Access the nomination link below (passwords given during pre-consults).
    3. Part 1 is done by the partner and will take less than 5 minutes.
    4. Once submitted, Part 2 will be sent directly to the nominee. Please let them know they will receive an email to complete their portion.
    5. An advocate will be in contact to set up a meeting!
